The story of a Zeffirio breadstick always starts out with a good flour. We only work with quality ingredients, and only source flours from local mills.
Our breadsticks are made using a starter yeast leavened for more than 15 hours, and our dough is hand-made and left to rise naturally following the original recipe.
Each breadstick is rolled by hand, representing a small gesture that adds value to the product and embodies our artisanal know-how and dedication.
