Our breadsticks have no secrets, there is only one way to produce them and only one recipe. What changes are the ingredients, strictly Italian and simple such as water, flour and extra virgin olive oil.
20% “T2” whole EMMER and common WHEAT flour, water, 10% EVO oil, yeast, malt extract (BARLEY) and salt.
